To give you a sense of our culture and what we think is important, here are the factors we use to evaluate the performance of all GMI employees:

Has strong knowledge of current area of functional responsibility. Has proven ability to learn and grow. Is respected by peers.

Is effective in communicating thoughts in writing and in speech, including appropriate use of corporate technologies such as IM and email.
- Priority Setting
Demonstrates ability to manage multiple responsibilities while also being effective at identifying what not to work on or in what sequence.
- Business Process Improvement
Takes initiative in identifying ways that business performance can be improved.
- Creativity and Resourcefulness
Demonstrates ability to do what is needed in order to achieve business goals. Is resourceful and finds ways to achieve more with less.

Uses formal and informal means to accomplish work with and through others in a positive and constructive way.
- Integrity
Exhibits the highest integrity not only in the presence of management, but also under unsupervised conditions. Does the right thing and shows respect for ethical norms.
